MODERN COFFEE TABLE

I painted this old century table 2 colors to give it depth and make inside pop. The outer portion has been sanded, hand painted goldenrod, sealed, and waxed. The inner portion has been sanded, hand painted a high gloss black, sealed, and waxed.

Having a dark inside pulls your attention away from straight lines on outside. Gives it a more dramatic 3-D look....
